Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash
    1/4 c. onions
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Combine 1 c. cream chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream. Mix together 1/2 c. butter (melted) and 2 c. stuffing mix. Boil squash for 5 min. and drain. Mix in soup and sour cream mixture. Pour in casserole dish. Cover with stuffing mixture. Cook at 350 Degree for 25-30 min. (Option-layer ingredients.)
