Herbed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Stew chicken and cool.
    Preserve 2 cups of chicken broth. Remove chicken from bones and tear into bite-size pieces.
    Place in shallow 3-quart baking dish.
    Combine soups and 1 cup broth. Pour over chicken.
    Mix butter and remaining cup of broth.
    Stir in stuffing.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
