French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 slices bread
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread.
    Soak bread in mixture. Cook on lightly oiled griddle over low heat.
    Turn frequently to brown evenly.
    Serve with sugar and cinnamon mixed together: maple syrup, honey or jam.
    Contains 90 calories per slice.
