Fried Mushroom Nuggets(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. club soda
    dash of garlic salt
    peanut oil or oil of your choice
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms and pat dry with paper towels.
    In a bowl, blend the flour, garlic salt and club soda until smooth.
    Dip mushrooms in batter and fry in about 1-inch of oil until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels before serving.
