Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Blend first 5 ingredients; beat one minute.
Add remaining ingredients and beat another one minute on medium speed.
Makes 2 or 3 loaves.
Grease pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
