Boardwalk Fries(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil or peanut oil
    1/2 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut into French fry wedges.
    Place in bowl of cold water for 5 minutes to crisp.
    Put potato and remaining ingredients in large Ziploc bag.
    Shake to coat.
    Empty into baking dish in a single layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
