Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix well all ingredients, except soup.
Form balls.
Roll balls in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Brown meatballs in oil. Remove meatballs.
Pour off oil.
In same pan, add can of soup and 1/2 cup of water.
Bring to boil.
Return meatballs to pan. Simmer 20 minutes.
