Glazed Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small carrots
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, whole white onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook carrots until done.
    Add onions and cook 5 minutes longer; drain.
    Return vegetables to saucepan.
    Add butter, brown sugar, salt and ginger, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until vegetables are glazed.
