Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (6 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 12 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, melt butter or margarine on High for 40 to 60 seconds.
    Roll chicken in melted butter or margarine until coated.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a plastic or paper bag.
    Add pieces of chicken one at a time, shaking to coat with cheese mixture.
    Reserve any remaining cheese mixture; set aside.
    Arrange chicken skin side down in dish, with thicker pieces to outside of dish.
    Cover with a paper towel to absorb spatters.
    Cook on Medium 9 to 11 minutes per pound.
    After half the cooking time, turn chicken pieces skin side up.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese mixture.
    Complete cooking on Medium.
    Let stand 10 minutes on stay hot or brown 5 to 6 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
