Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. Catalina dressing
1/2 bag nacho tortilla chips
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Drain.
Sprinkle taco seasoning on beef. Mix thoroughly.
Chill several hours.
Chop lettuce and tomatoes. Add to beef mixture with cheese.
Pour on Catalina dressing.
Mix well.
Mix half of tortillas in salad.
Just before serving, sprinkle rest of chips on top.
