Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans water
1 can chili (with beans; without meat)
1 (9 oz.) pkg. corn chips
grated Cheddar and/or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Drain.
In the same pan, stir in other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Take a 9 x 13-inch pan lined with corn chips.
Over that you pour the prepared meat mixture.
Sprinkle the cheese on top so it covers the pan good.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is brown and corn chips have absorbed liquid.
