Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

3 c. cooked chicken
3/4 c. celery
11 oz. mandarin orange sections
8 oz. pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Chop cooked chicken to measure 3 cups.
Mix in salad bowl with chopped celery, drained canned mandarin oranges, drained canned pineapple and toasted almonds.
