Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. raw carrots, grated
nuts
Preparation

Sift together 2 or 3 times in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add the eggs, oil and carrots.
Add nuts, if desired.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan or two 9-inch round pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
