Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    2 jars (small) marinated artichokes (reserve juice)
    1/2 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
    oregano
    parsley
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Drain artichokes; cut and set aside.
    Saute onion in some of the artichoke marinade.
    Cool.
    Add artichokes, onion and croutons to the eggs.
    Stir in the pepper, oregano and parsley, then the cheese.
    Pour into buttered pie tin (for cutting into dinner portions) or into a square baking tin (for cutting into cocktail bites).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until browned and bubbly.
