Herbed Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini, sliced
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Combine squash, tomatoes and onion in greased casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Dot with butter. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until squash is tender.
Serves 4 to 6.
