"The Ribs" Hot Bacon Dressing(Shawano, Wi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 medium onion
    spinach
    cut cooked eggs
    crumbled cooked bacon
    Roquefort cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Blend first 8 ingredients in food processor or blender.
    Heat to desired warmth.
    Use as dressing over spinach, bacon and eggs. Add Roquefort, if desired.
