Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. deboned chicken
    1 c. oil
    flour
    2 onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    handful onion tops and parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Fry deboned chicken in oil.
    Remove chicken.
    Add flour to oil and brown.
    Add onions, celery and bell pepper.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Fry for a few minutes.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup.
    Add handful onion tops and parsley.
