Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream or low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chives or dill weed (for garnish)
Preparation
    Scrape larger seeds out of cucumbers.
    Combine ingredients in blender or food processor.
    Process thoroughly.
    Chill for several hours.
    Garnish with dill weed or chives.
    Serves 6 to 8.
