Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    7 oz. can crabmeat
    1/8 c. water
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese in top of double boiler.
    Stir in soup and crabmeat.
    Combine water and gelatine; let stand 1 minute.
    Mix gelatine with mayonnaise and onion.
    Add to crab mixture.
    Pour into lightly oiled mold.
    Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Unmold and serve with crackers.
