Easy Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar sharp cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped, drained pimentos
    3 to 4 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    hot cooked rice or noodles
    1 (3 lb.) chicken or equivalent in pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil (olive)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    12 olives or more
    2 tsp. capers
    2 tsp. salt or less
    1 head garlic
    1 large onion, coarsely chopped
    1 c. sherry or other dry white wine
Preparation
    Start with the garlic.
    Peel all the cloves of an entire head! Whatever the chemistry of this recipe, it does not end up being garlicky and the whole cloves in the finished product are a sweet edible vegetable.
