Crispy Herb Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

2/3 c. Idaho Spuds (mashed flakes)
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut-up frying chicken, skinned
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease or line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan or 13 x 9-inch pan with foil.
In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; stir until well mixed. Dip chicken pieces into margarine; roll in potato flake mixture to coat.
Place in greased pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
