Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, boiled with skins, peeled and cubed
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients, except milk, and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add milk to moisten.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
