Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. canned salmon (remove bones; save liquid)
    10 saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Beat egg and add parsley, onion salt and lemon juice.
    Add salmon (liquid and all) and flakes and mix with a fork.
    When mixed well, add crackers and stir until well mixed and moistened. Form into firm patties to prevent crumbling.
    Fry in about 1/8-inch of shortening until brown; drain.
