Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pounds ground beef
    1 large onion - chopped
    2 pound box velveeta cheese
    1 large can diced tomatoes - drained
    1 small can (1/2 cup) mild chili peppers - drained
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain fat.
    Cube and melt cheese in the microwave.
    Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
