Peanut Butter And Cracker Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. crumbled Ritz crackers (or similar crackers)
Preparation
    Combine the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute (rolling boil). Drop a small amount from tip of spoon into a small container of cold water.
    If it can be formed into a soft ball, it is ready to remove from the heat.
    Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, and crumbled crackers.
    Drop onto wax paper using about 1 tablespoon for each pattie.
    Cool until set.
    Makes about 40 to 45 fudge patties.
