Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger, brown and seasoned well, drained
2 small zucchini, sliced and boiled for 8 to 10 minutes, drained
1 can Cheddar soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 cooked lasagna noodles (optional)
Preparation

Layer in casserole: hamburger, noodles, zucchini, 1/3 can Cheddar soup and 1/3 can mushroom soup.
Layer 2 more times.
Add 1/2 can water poured over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Top last 10 minutes with buttered bread crumbs.
