Eddie'S Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tart apples
    1 unbaked pie crust
    1 c. sugar, divided
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter (room temperature)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Arrange pared, sliced apples in pie crust.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon mixed together.
    Sift together other flour and 1/2 cup sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle mixture on apples.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 40 minutes.
