Ham-Mushroom-Pineapple Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ham, cut in 3/4-inch cubes (about 20)
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar whole mushrooms (about 20), drained
    20 canned pineapple chunks, packed in own juice
    soy sauce
    dry sherry
Preparation
    Alternate first 3 ingredients on small bamboo skewers.
    Brush with mixture of equal parts soy sauce and sherry.
    Broil 3 to 4 minutes.
    Makes about 20 , about 25 calories each.
