Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. pimento
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 mince onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. shrimp
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    Add other ingredients in this order:
    bell pepper, pimento, mushrooms, salt, water, onion, garlic, shrimp and bay leaf.
    Cover skillet.
    When steaming freely, switch to lower heat for 30 minutes.
    Cook rice separately.
