Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) bag carrots, sliced
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil carrots until tender; drain. Add Velveeta cheese to carrots; melt cheese. Put mixture in a greased dish. Melt butter; crush crackers and mix in with butter. Sprinkle on top of carrots and cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
