Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. each)
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. thyme
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing mix
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package; set aside to cool.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Melt margarine.
    Saute onion, then remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and spinach.
    Mix well and refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more, until mixture is stiff enough to roll into balls.
