Ingredients

3 cups Ritz crackers (2 packages)
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
3 small packages instant coconut creme pudding
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
16 oz. cool whip
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs.
Put most of the crumbs on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Save rest to sprinkle on top. Mix milk and pudding.
Add slightly melted ice cream and cool whip.
Mix well.
Pour mixture on top of crumbs.
Add the rest of the crumbs over the top.
