Family Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. mild grated cheese
    4 or 5 slices dry old bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard together.
    Place cubed bread in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Add layer of sausage, then egg mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before cooking, sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
