Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. peeled and chopped apples (Gala or Fuji)

Preparation

Mix together oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
