Uncle Rick And Grandma Lawson'S Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef flank steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice flank steak lengthwise with the grain into 1/4-inch strips. Combine soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Mix with the steak strips and let stand 10 to 15 minutes to marinate.
    Stir 2 to 3 times while marinating.
    Drain and arrange strips in a single layer on a rack set in shallow baking pan. Bake in a very slow oven at 150\u00b0 overnight or 12 hours until dried.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Store in tightly covered container.
