Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 jar drained black pitted olives
    1 lb. hard salami, sliced and quartered
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    12 oz. cooked medium shells
    3/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. sliced and quartered pepperoni
    1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced and quartered
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together the night before; cover and refrigerate.
