Apple Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat 5 minutes.
Add rest of dry ingredients and mix well.
Add apples and nuts, mix well.
(Suggest use of electric mixer.)
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
