Broiled Herbed Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin or rib lamb chops, trimmed of fat (about 1/2-inch thick)
    1 clove garlic, cut in 1/2
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 tsp. oregano (can substitute marjoram or tarragon)
    black pepper to taste
    Hawaiian salt (just a sprinkle on each chop)
Preparation
    Heat the broiler.
    Rub the lamb chops thoroughly with half clove of garlic.
    Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the oregano.
    Pepper and salt (just a sprinkle on each chop).
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for about 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium rare.
