Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 9 inch pie shells
    2 lb. Vidalia onions thinly sliced
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Preheat heat oven to 350.
    Bake pie shells for 8 minutes.
