Rhubarb Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. rhubarb, cut
7 c. water
3 sticks cinnamon
4 c. lemon juice
5 c. pineapple juice
7 qt. water
12 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Combine rhubarb, 7 cups of water and cinnamon sticks and cook to mush and strain.
Add the lemon juice, pineapple juice, water and sugar.
Serves 50.
