Butter Pastry for shell, prebaked (recipe follows)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. cottage cheese
6 green onions (including tops), sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Prepare and bake pastry shell.
With your hands, squeeze as much moisture from spinach as possible; set spinach aside.
In a blender or food processor, whirl Feta cheese, cottage cheese, green onions,
oil, basil, pepper, garlic salt and fresh garlic until smooth.
Add eggs and milk; blend well.
Pour into a bowl and stir in spinach.
Pour into baked pastry shell and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
