Tuna Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. Corn Chex
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Stir in 1 cup Corn Chex.
    Spoon into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle cheese over salad.
    Crush remaining Chex to 3/4 cup. Combine with melted butter.
    Sprinkle over cheese and return to oven.
    Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
