Country-Style Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. cubed round steak, floured
1 soup can water or milk
salt and pepper to taste
onion to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Brown round steak on both sides.
While meat is browning, warm soup, water (or milk) and onion soup in small saucepan, then add to meat.
Cook in frying pan.
Keep covered.
Cook over low heat about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4 to 8.
