Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 stick butter (can use less)
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Mix potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper to taste in large bowl.
    Put in glass baking dish and grate Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
