Green Chili Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
12 flour tortillas
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can Pet milk
1 can green chilies, chopped
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add taco seasoning mix. In microwave or in saucepan on stove, combine cheese, soup, milk and green chilies.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Warm tortillas in microwave until soft, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Place desired amount of meat mixture in tortillas and roll.
Place in baking dish and pour cheese sauce over tortillas.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until bubbly.
