Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 Tbsp. butter
2 lb. round steak
1 envelope onion soup mix
medium can sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can tomatoes, chopped, drained, save juice
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Grease large casserole dish with butter.
Cut meat into serving pieces and arrange in pan slightly overlapping.
Sprinkle soup mix over meat.
Add mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover and bake at 365\u00b0 for 2 hours.
