Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boiling potatoes
    2 eggs (raw)
    1 (32 oz.) jar mayonnaise
    celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    After boiled potatoes have been cooled, discard skin and slice into a bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise and eggs in a separate bowl.
    Add celery, onion, salt and pepper.
