Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork chops.
Place uncooked rice in casserole dish. Dissolve bouillon cube in water; pour over rice.
Place browned chops on top.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice and pork chops. Pour mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water, over pork chops. Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
