Mexican Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can Ro-Tel (with juice)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. cooked rice
    8 medium green peppers
    approximately 1/2 lb. processed cheese
Preparation
    Remove tops from peppers, take out seeds.
    In a large Dutch oven, boil peppers in water, 5 to 7 minutes.
    (Water should already be boiling.)
    Remove to casserole.
