Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 c. prepared Minute Rice
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In heavy iron skillet, brown ground beef.
    Add salt, pepper, green pepper and onions and brown.
    Pour off fat.
    Add rice and tomatoes and ketchup.
    Grease a large casserole dish, pour mixture in and bake for 45 minutes.
    May be baked in same iron skillet.
